**CLOSED** Party In My Pants! Review and Giveaway

Now that I've got your attention. . .

Cloth diapers are becoming more and more in vogue lately.  And how could they not? They are an eco-friendly alternative to papery, crackly, uncomfortable, chemical-laden disposable diapers, which are definitely not an ideal material to put next to baby’s delicate skin.
Now think about menstrual products.  If cloth is healthier and more comfortable for baby, why wouldn’t we use it on our own delicate female parts?
To be honest, when I first heard of Party in My Pants brand “mama cloth” (as cloth menstrual products are sometimes called), I was pretty wary.  Would they be comfortable? Would they be discreet? Would they create too much extra laundry?  Most importantly, would cloth pads be leak-proof?
Since I started living a more eco-friendly lifestyle 4 years ago, I have been wanting to try using mama cloth as a more environmentally responsible way of dealing with my monthly friend. Since I had been pregnant or nursing for close to four years, it wasn’t until a month ago that I had a chance to try cloth pads from Party in my Pants
Within 5 minutes of wearing one, I was absolutely hooked.  It was so soft and comfortable -- about 1,000 times better than a scratchy disposable pad. And no tell-tale crinkly noises when I moved around. I couldn’t believe that I had spent so many years battling with rough, irritating disposable pads.
Aside from the superior comfort and discretion of cloth pads -- they actually work just as well or even better than disposables. And Party in My Pants products are unbelievably thin  -- thinner even than most disposable pads.
I wore my size medium pad to bed on one of my heaviest days -- and I had NO. LEAKS. I was honestly amazed. Party in My Pants cloth pads are made of a cotton or flannel top layer, an absorbent cotton core, and a leak-proof nylon bottom shield. If you get the correct size pad for your body type and menstrual flow, you shouldn’t have any problems with leaks.
For a video demonstration of the sizes and how thin Party in My Pants pads are, take a look at this, from their website:

Ok, so we’ve discussed how comfortable, easy to use, and effective cloth pads are. Now lets talk money.
Using the Savings Calculator on the Party in My Pants website, I will save approximately $1165.13 by switching to cloth pads. If I wasn’t already swayed by the comfort, effectiveness, and environmental advantage of cloth pads, the money savings would really convince me to try them out!
I’m so excited to share this amazing product with my readers. Once I tried these cloth pads, there is no way I would ever go back to disposables. And now one lucky Mindfully Frugal Mom reader can try one for FREE! Party in My Pants and I are giving away one medium-size cloth pad in your choice of pattern and fabric (choose from flannel or cotton). This is a $12.99 value, and includes free shipping right to your house.
To win your cloth pad, do any of the following activities. The first one is mandatory. If you do not complete it, you will be disqualified.  Leave a comment in this thread for EACH entry activity you complete. Make sure to leave your email in each entry so I can contact you if you win.
This giveaway will close Tuesday, September 13 at 11:59, EST. I will draw a winner on Wednesday, September 14, using Random.org. If I contact you via email and you don’t respond within 48 hours, I will draw a new winner.

I really want to try the flannel pads. I have 1 cotton for postpartum but I think the fleece would be more comfy.

Funny story: When you posted about your no-poo experiment, I almost responded, "What's next? Mama pads??" But I was only being glib and I'd love to tell you more about my experience with them :) Great give-away!

I'd get Lucky You in the Queen Pad to use postpartum. That print seems like something I'd see and consider entirely too appropriate :D Love it.

I'd like to try the Overnight Pad, because I'm due in 3 weeks and it would be awesome to be able to use a cloth pad instead of the yucky store-bought plastic ones!

I want to try them all! I am allergic to the material they use to make most pads and I always dread that time of the month. I didn't even know these existed but will definitely be trying them now! Thank you, thank you!
